To Start
This is a selection of starters; I suggest that you choose a choice of two which we can serve as 'Bring me food style', two platters brought to the table on oyster stands and guests will help themselves - a wonderful way to break the ice and for guests to relax, chat and really enjoy themselves.

Paella is cooked on location and is best cooked outside! Paella is served with green salad, home made Focaccia & roast pepper and plum tomato salad with lots of basil and pinenuts. We can do two sizes: 20-25 portions or 45-60 portions
